The owners of Eddie’s Thai (Eddie and his wife Roberta) opened their restaurant with one goal in mind, to provide delicious, authentic Thai food in a friendly, relaxing environment. Eddie has been working in the restaurant business for over 25 years and has previously operated Sukhothai with his mother. When she retired he decided it was time to head west and start his own place. He instilled the help of Roberta, who was working as a registered nurse and got started getting the new place up and running. Together the two of them make all customers, both new and old feel like regulars and treat them with excellent service and a laugh.
